The following guidelines help make this an enjoyable, memorable experience.

The event’s hostess understands that the tumbler-making experience is $25 per person. The event’s hostess is free with groups of 10 guests or more. *Additional fees beyond a 35-mile radius of Hampton, VA. Specific details will be outlined in the contract, if applicable.

The event’s hostess will complete and submit the Tumbler-Making Experience Questionnaire to Cc:That! by South Paw. After receipt, the questionnaire will be reviewed within five (5) business days, and then a response will be sent the event’s hostess.

Cc:That! by South Paw will send a contract and invoice to the event’s hostess for review, acceptance, and remittance of 50% of the payment of the ESTIMATED Number of Guests indicated on the questionnaire.

The event’s hostess will preselect the theme or design(s) for the group no later than four weeks prior to the scheduled event.

The event’s hostess may select one design per 10 guests. (For example, if the hostess has 27 guests, he/she may have two design choices).

During the selection process, the event’s hostess determines the total number of each design if the group size is eligible for multiple design choices. (For example, the event’s hostess orders: Design #1-10; Design #2-17; total 27 guests.)

The event’s hostess will submit the ACTUAL Number of Guests no later than three weeks prior to the scheduled event. The ACTUAL Number of Guestsfee is NON-REFUNDABLE; however, the event’s hostess has the right to substitute guests and/or make duplicate tumbler(s) on behalf of the absent guest during the scheduled event.

The final payment* is due no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled event. (*The total of ACTUAL Number of Guests, minus the deposit)
