I am the wife of over 40 years to my beloved high school sweetheart; mother of two successful and supportive adult children; and three beautiful, brilliant granddaughters and one blissful, bouncy young grandson. I knew I was destined to do something with my hands even as a young teen reared in Columbus, Georgia.  I had such a fascination with brick masonry as I accompanied my father on various construction sites. I often walked through framed structures and imagined finished homes!  Handcrafts and watching the HGTV station became two of my favorite things to do as I grew older. 

In addition to Cc: That by South Paw, I was employed for over 30 years at both Air Force and Navy military installations’ Child & Youth Programs. During my tenure, I held positions from a flexible classroom teacher to the acting director, but my major career title was that of a Training & Curriculum Specialist.  I had the privilege of working with many nurturing and dedicated team members while overseeing the early childhood education training program.  Creative expression was definitely an integral part of my life there also!
